Award Winners from Pack 35

The St. Clair District Dinner was a busy one for Pack 35.  As a part of the dinner, several of the award winners were announced.  The highlight of the evening honored two of the leaders from Pack 35.

Our Cubmaster, Lee Erickson, was chosen to receive the District Award of Merit for 2012.  This award honors those Scouters who have exemplified service to the unit, district and council throughout their Scouting career.  Only five of these awards were handed out this year in our district.

Dale Kellerman, Bear Den Leader, was chosen as the Outstanding Unit Scouter from Pack 35.  Each unit is able to choose a single Scouter that has served their unit in an outstanding manner.

Pack 35 also achieved Gold status on the Journey to Excellence and  was awarded the Summertime Pack  Award.

Other award winners from the evening:

  • Lee Erickson – Cubmaster Award, Unit Leader Award of Merit, Commissioner Arrowhead
  • Chuck Hanson – Cub Scout Den Leader Award, Webelos Den Leader Award
  • Michael Wehrell – Pack Trainer Award
  • Rob Smith – Tiger Cub Den Leader Award

Congratulate all of our leaders for their outstanding effort to the Pack.
