Join Cub Scouts!

It’s that time of year again.  Time to join Cub Scouts!

If your son has friends who are not in Cub Scouts, why not invite them to join The Mighty 35?  We will be holding our fall School Night for Scouting event on Tuesday, August 28 at 6:30pm.  Parents will be able to learn more about the Pack and join that night.  Cost is only $20 to join.

If your son brings a friend that joins, he will receive a special recruiting patch for his uniform.  Patches and Scouting go together like peanut butter and jelly.

Our first Pack meeting will be Thursday, August 30 at the Splash Pad in the O’Fallon Sports Park.  We’ll see you in a couple of weeks.

Join Cub Scouts!

The time is here for our Spring Join Scouting membership drive.  Spring is an excellent time to join Cub Scouts as Summer Camp is right around the corner and all kinds of fun summer activities are being planned.

The Mighty Pack 35 will be hosting a Join Scouting night on Thursday, April 26 at 6:30pm.  The event will be held in the Estelle Kampmeyer cafeteria.  Parents will be able to get some Pack information and sign up for Scouts that night and the boys will be able to play some games.  The total cost for registration is $25. (Boys Life magazine can be added for $20.)

Scout Night at the Ballgame – Cards/Cubs Game May 14

Pack 35 is planning a trip to the Scouting Night at Busch Stadium.  The best part – it’s a Cards/Cubs game and tickets are only $16 each.  We are currently taking reservations for the tickets as we want to all sit together.  We also know that this will be a hot item and need to reserve our tickets as quickly as possible.

Deadline for tickets is Friday, March 30 – so don’t hesitate.  All tickets must be paid for by Monday, April 2.

Operation Green Thumb

It’s that time of year again.  Time to get your plants with Pack 35’s Operation Green Thumb fundraiser.  This is an excellent way to get some great plants, beautify our neighborhoods and support our boys in their quest to go to Summer camp.  50% of the profit will go right into the Scout account.  How awesome is that?
